Area Sales Manager

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based in Kathmandu and reports to the senior management of Mohit Group. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across the assigned region, develop and implement effective sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and lead a team of sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations within the designated region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in team management, leadership, and team development.
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales strategy development.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the food or FMCG industry (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience with CRM software.
