About the role
The Area Sales Manager will be based in Kathmandu and will own sales growth across an assigned territory. This full‑time, on‑site position involves building and maintaining relationships with retailers, wholesalers and institutional clients while delivering on revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the region.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing and product teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment of sales activities.

- Salary range 50‑55K (local currency)
