Area Service Engineer

About the role

The Area Service Engineer oversees all authorized service centres within a designated region, ensuring consistent service quality, technical support and customer satisfaction. The role combines field visits, technical guidance and coordination with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operations of all authorized service centres in the region.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with policies, processes and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting and training to service technicians and workshop teams.
• Coordinate with centre managers to improve productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage spare‑parts availability, warranty claim processes and ensure safety and workshop cleanliness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in automobile service operations or workshop management.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostics, repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using service management systems.
