Assistant Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Assistant Recruitment Manager will lead strategic hiring initiatives for the Malaysia Corridor within a recruitment agency, managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Determine client manpower needs and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
• Coordinate client interview logistics, including travel and accommodation.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, and networking to find top talent.
• Supervise internal recruitment team, manage external sourcing channels, and oversee recruitment technologies.
• Enhance agency and employer branding to attract passive candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring data to provide insights on talent trends and optimize processes.
• Work closely with departments to streamline the requirement cycle and advise on hiring trends.
• Identify and resolve candidate and worker issues in coordination with legal and compliance.
• Conduct assessments, orientation briefings, and feedback surveys throughout recruitment stages.
• Prepare and submit clear reports to management to minimize risks and assure progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of recruitment experience.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and coordinate interview logistics.
• Experience in supervising recruitment teams and managing sourcing channels.
• Proficiency in data analysis for hiring trends and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and problem‑resolution skills.
