Associate Product Manager

About the role

Niural is looking for an early‑career Associate Product Manager to learn the craft of product management while contributing to global, AI‑driven finance infrastructure. You will work under senior PMs, handling defined tasks and small product pieces, and gain exposure to cross‑functional teams across the US, Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer insights through data analytics and feedback loops, summarising findings into clear takeaways.
• Support the product roadmap by tracking customer needs, market trends and team goals.
• Draft sections of PRDs, user needs, success metrics and milestones with senior PM guidance.
• Assist in feature prioritisation and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of small, well‑defined features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA and marketing, building communication habits for broader ownership.
• Track testing plans, validation checklists and note friction points or enhancement ideas.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for research synthesis, drafting and data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in product management, product operations, or related internships/coursework.
• Eagerness to learn product fundamentals and curiosity about technical systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer‑centric mindset with examples of persistent problem solving.
• Interest in learning about engineering, UX/UI, sales, support, finance or marketing.
• Hands‑on user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to boost productivity.
• Comfortable working across time zones with teams in the US, Europe and Asia.
