Associate Project Controls / Scheduler

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Project Controls/Scheduler to join K&A Engineering Consulting in Sanepa, Lalitpur. The role involves supporting large construction projects in the energy and utility sectors, ensuring accurate scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process forecasts, trends, and estimates for large construction projects.
• Implement project control best practices and process improvements.
• Lead corporate and program‑wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Respond to cost and schedule data requests.
• Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules.
• Analyze and control project budgets.
• Generate project reports.

Required profile

• Civil engineering or related engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project scheduling and monitoring.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Visio and scheduling/cost‑management software such as Contract Manager.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to simplify complex technical information and make accurate decisions.
