B2B Coordinator – International Education Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, well‑connected B2B Coordinator/Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships in the international education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong B2B partnerships with universities, colleges, education providers, and recruitment partners.
• Build and manage relationships with institutional representatives and key decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the organization’s B2B network.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with education agents and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate university visits, partner meetings, seminars, workshops, and industry events.
• Represent the organization professionally in meetings, networking events, and institutional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and monitor partnership performance and business development activities.

Required profile

• 7–8+ years of experience in education consultancy, international student recruitment, or B2B business development.
• Strong understanding of the Nepalese education and international student recruitment market.
• Proven experience in university/college relations and B2B partnership management.
• Extensive professional network with universities, education providers, agents, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent PR, communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business development capabilities with the ability to identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Ability to independently manage institutional and agency relationships and deliver business results.
