Billing & Junior Accountant

About the role

Asia Trade International seeks a responsible and detail‑oriented Billing & Junior Accountant to manage daily sales billing using the company’s online billing software and support basic accounting tasks. The role requires strong computer skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily sales invoices through the online billing system, ensuring correct quantities, rates, discounts, VAT and total amounts.
• Enter customer orders and billing information accurately and maintain proper records of sales invoices.
• Assist the accounts team with day‑to‑day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare basic collection and outstanding reports and support bank, cash and petty‑cash entries.
• Maintain Excel reports, sales and collection data, and ensure accuracy of information entered into the billing/accounting system.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, delivery and accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies and report errors to senior staff.

• Detail‑oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Comfortable working with computers, billing software and Excel.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and follow established procedures.
