BIM Architect – Full‑time, On‑site in Kathmandu

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Architect to develop and coordinate detailed 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with LOD specifications. The role involves close collaboration with structural and MEP engineers and the implementation of BIM standards across project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit, adhering to LOD specifications.
• Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers to detect and resolve spatial clashes and ensure design practicality.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards, execution plans (BEP), and project templates for consistency and compliance.
• Manage non‑graphical information embedded within elements, such as material specifications, cost data, and maintenance schedules for facility management.
• Generate accurate 2D construction drawings, schedules, elevations, and volumetric data directly from the coordinated 3D model.

Required profile

• Expert knowledge of BIM authoring platforms (Revit), coordination tools (Navisworks), and cloud environments (Autodesk Construction Cloud – ACC Forma).
• Deep understanding of international standards and workflows such as ISO 19650 for information management.
• Strong foundational background in architectural design, building codes, and constructability principles.
