BIM Architect

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Architect to develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit. The role involves ensuring model accuracy, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D models in Revit, adhering to LOD specifications.
• Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers to detect and resolve spatial clashes using digital coordination tools.
• Implement BIM standards, execution plans (BEP), and project templates to ensure consistency.
• Embed and manage non‑graphical data such as material specs, cost information, and maintenance schedules.
• Generate accurate 2D construction drawings, schedules, elevations, and volumetric data directly from the coordinated 3D model.

Required profile

• B.Arch degree (core educational qualification).
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in BIM or architectural design.
• Strong background in architectural design, building codes, and constructability principles.

Required skills

• Expert use of Autodesk Revit for BIM authoring.
• Proficiency with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Forma for cloud collaboration.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards.
• Ability to create and enforce BIM execution plans and project templates.
