Branch In-Charge – Dental Operations

About the role

The Branch In-Charge will lead the daily operations of a dental branch, ensuring smooth patient flow, high‑quality service, and compliance with clinical standards. This role combines leadership, coordination, and administrative responsibilities to drive performance and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all day‑to‑day activities of the dental branch.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and maintain high standards of patient service.
• Supervise doctors, dental hygienists, counsellors, receptionists, and support staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to deliver seamless patient care.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, complaints, and operational concerns professionally.
• Monitor appointments, treatment follow‑ups, patient records, and overall branch activities.
• Support the branch in achieving service, treatment, and revenue targets.
• Oversee inventory, dental supplies, equipment, and procurement needs.
• Maintain administrative records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of the facility.
• Implement hospital policies, procedures, and service standards at the branch level.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective actions promptly.
• Provide regular performance updates to head office/management.
• Assist with marketing, patient awareness, and promotional activities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Management, Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in branch management, hospital/clinic administration, or healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities efficiently.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional, result‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems.
