Brand and Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Brand and Marketing Officer to join Brihatpreneurs in Kathmandu. The role focuses on storytelling, social media, events and building a memorable brand that engages entrepreneurs and business communities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen Brihatpreneurs’ brand identity across all channels.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate photography, videography and content creation, and monitor engagement to optimise performance.
• Write compelling copy for captions, blogs, newsletters and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce creative campaign assets.
• Run online and offline marketing campaigns to promote coworking spaces, events and partner brands, generating leads.
• Support the planning and promotion of workshops, networking events and business sessions, capturing highlights for post‑event content.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and competitor activity, and prepare monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in brand or marketing roles.
• Strong storytelling ability and passion for community engagement.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
