Brand Executive – ATL, BTL & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Executive to lead and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives for our lubricant and automobile portfolio. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting market growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing plans and campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage ATL and BTL activities such as events, promotions, activations, and branding.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, online campaigns, and digital promotions.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor brand visibility, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and dealer/customer engagement.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in the lubricant or automobile sector.
• Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of branding and market trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
