Brand Manager

About the role

Jimmal Group, a leading real‑estate company in Nepal, is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to shape and strengthen its market presence. Based in Kathmandu, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to create a cohesive brand experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives.
• Present and manage content, leading the content team to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, designers, and external partners.
• Monitor market trends, analyse competitor activity and gather customer insights.
• Coordinate brand initiatives across social media, campaigns and property‑related media.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content presentation, marketing and leading a content team.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Nepali is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate or property services is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
