About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels and driving market growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and long‑term brand strategies, positioning, and communication plans.
  • Maintain brand guidelines, packaging, promotional materials, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer and activation campaigns, managing timelines, budgets and ROI.
  • Lead new product launch plans, coordinating with sales, trade marketing, supply chain and product development teams.
  • Conduct consumer and market research to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop digital brand strategies, oversee social media content and monitor digital KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and trade marketing to ensure consistent brand execution in‑store and across trade channels.
  • Manage relationships with advertising, creative, digital, media, PR and event agencies.
