About the role
The BTL Officer will coordinate retail promotions and on‑ground branding activities, working closely with dealers, sales teams and vendors to drive customer footfall and conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with dealers and sales teams to execute retail promotions and increase customer walk‑ins and conversions.
- Manage on‑ground branding activities, including stalls, banners, standees, POSM, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor leads generated through BTL campaigns and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, field staff, and manpower while managing logistics for BTL campaigns and promotional events.
- Prepare campaign reports, evaluate activity performance, and submit MIS reports to the Marketing Head.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in BTL marketing; automobile industry experience is a plus.
- Valid driving license and own two‑wheeler are mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for field activities, dealer visits, and promotional campaigns.
