Business Development Associate – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our growing digital marketing agency. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into long‑term partners. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, networking and other channels.
• Research and target potential clients that can benefit from digital marketing services.
• Contact prospects, schedule meetings or strategy calls, and understand their marketing goals.
• Present and explain our digital marketing services and packages, prepare proposals and quotations.
• Maintain regular communication with leads, negotiate and close deals while preserving strong client relationships.
• Update the CRM/lead database and track sales activities, coordinating with internal teams during client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly lead‑generation and sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing or client acquisition (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services and engage with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Proactive, target‑oriented, self‑motivated with good English and Nepali proficiency.
