Business Development Executive – Consumer Products

About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to support business growth, customer relationships, and market expansion for a growing consumer products business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Support product promotions and market development activities.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product availability and customer support.
• Support and guide field sales activities to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in Home Appliances, Electronics, Consumer Durables, or related consumer‑product industries (preferred).
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, retailers, or channel partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Good understanding of market development and sales operations.
• Willingness to travel for market and partner visits.
• Valid two‑wheel‑er license (preferred).
