Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and result‑oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, analyse the Nepalese automobile market, develop strategic partnerships and support the company’s expansion and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automobile and related sectors.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities and market potential.
• Prepare market analysis reports, feasibility studies, business proposals and plans for new projects.
• Explore opportunities to introduce new automobile brands, products, services and business models in Nepal.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, distributors, suppliers and corporate clients.
• Communicate with international automobile companies and business houses regarding potential partnerships.
• Support management in evaluating new investments, expansion plans and diversification opportunities.
• Prepare costings, financial projections, ROI and break‑even calculations for proposed projects.

Required profile

• MBA, MBM or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development, market analysis, feasibility studies or the automobile industry (preferred).
• Strong analytical, research, report‑writing, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Ability to correspond independently with international business houses and automobile companies.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to evaluate business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within Nepal and internationally; own transportation and a valid driving licence required.
