Business Development Manager – Advertising Agency

About the role

ANS Creation is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams for its 360‑degree advertising services. Based in Kathmandu, you will work on‑site, engaging corporate and institutional clients and promoting the agency’s integrated branding, digital, media and production capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, meet and build relationships with potential clients across various sectors.
• Prepare compelling proposals, pitch presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal creative, digital and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, analyse competitors and contribute to strategic plans that expand the client portfolio.
• Track performance metrics, maintain accurate sales records and represent ANS Creation at industry events.

Required profile

• Strong business development, sales and client‑relationship management experience in advertising or marketing.
• Ability to understand and communicate branding, creative, digital marketing, media strategy and AV production services.
• Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis and strategic planning to support revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and delivering solutions on time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; prior agency experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and willing to work on‑site in Kathmandu.
