Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and result‑oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, open new markets and strengthen relationships with clients, dealers, contractors and other key stakeholders in the paints and construction sector across Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, dealers and potential clients throughout Nepal.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Support the sales team in achieving objectives and expanding market coverage.
• Prepare business proposals, sales reports, market analysis and growth plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of development activities.
• Travel extensively across Nepal for market development, client meetings and business expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in paints, construction materials or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the paints/construction market and dealer network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
