Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build long‑term partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the US IT recruiting market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruiting services across the US market.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop customized staffing solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution and account management.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful candidate placements.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in US IT staffing.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within US IT staffing or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of technology hiring needs and staffing models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
