Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead growth, strengthen market presence, and develop strategic partnerships within the travel and ticketing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, corporate accounts, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, airlines, and other industry stakeholders.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and organizational targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities within the travel industry.
• Oversee key aspects of travel booking and ticketing operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, business proposals, and management updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
• Prior experience in the travel, ticketing, airline, or tourism industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate business, develop corporate accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, networking, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and decision‑making abilities.
