Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer will support the growth of our IT outsourcing services by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with B2B clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential corporate clients in the IT outsourcing sector.
• Initiate contact, conduct needs analysis, and present tailored service proposals.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and lead‑generation activities.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
