Business Intelligence and Sales Performance Officer

About the role

New Business Age Limited is seeking a Business Intelligence and Sales Performance Officer to support the Deputy CEO. The role blends data analysis, market intelligence and sales performance management to generate actionable insights and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on the media, advertising and marketing communications industry.
• Perform market, competitor and industry trend analysis to uncover business opportunities.
• Prepare business intelligence reports and actionable recommendations for management.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and organizational sales goals.
• Lead daily sales review meetings, record minutes and define action plans.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports and performance scorecards.
• Analyze customer data, sales trends and campaign effectiveness to improve performance.
• Provide data‑driven feedback and recommendations to the sales team.
• Submit periodic reports and presentations to the Deputy CEO on sales performance, market developments and opportunities.
• Coordinate with editorial, marketing, finance and digital teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Dynamic, analytical and result‑oriented professional.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in business intelligence, market analysis or sales performance.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
