Call Center and Rider Outreach Executive

About the role

This hybrid position splits the day between phone‑based rider support and on‑the‑ground scouting for new riders. If you enjoy talking with people, handling queries, and meeting potential partners in the field, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound follow‑up calls to riders regarding activity, attendance and performance.
• Answer inbound rider queries, log each call and its outcome, and share updates, incentives and reminders politely.
• Scout potential riders in the Kathmandu Valley, explain Drivra’s offering, assist with registration and follow up until activation.
• Build relationships with existing riders to generate referrals and meet monthly onboarding and activation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum SEE/+2 education (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Fluent spoken Nepali; English a plus.
• Clear, confident and polite phone communication.
• Comfortable with daily field work and meeting new people.
• Own a basic smartphone, data‑entry ability and a two‑wheeler with license (advantageous).
• Prior call‑center, sales or field recruitment experience is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
