Call Center Associate

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and customer‑focused Call Center Associate to be the primary voice of our consultancy. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing accurate information and guiding them toward booking counseling sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, website queries, and social‑media messages promptly, and make outbound follow‑up calls to interested prospects.
• Provide preliminary information on study destinations, intake seasons, entry requirements and basic documentation.
• Convert inquiries into appointments with senior visa and admissions counselors.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database of student interactions, follow‑up dates and application statuses.
• Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate department or counselor.
• Support promotional campaigns, seminars and special events by confirming participant attendance.

Required profile

• Minimum +2 graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, tele‑sales or front‑desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written command of English and Nepali; additional regional languages a plus.
• Patience, active listening and a polite, persuasive phone demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with phones and CRM tools.
• Basic office applications: MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy.
