Call Center Representative – 24/7 Operations

About the role

The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries and ensure a positive experience. The position operates on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, requiring flexibility and a professional communication style.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to queries, complaints and requests, providing accurate product and policy information.
• Resolve issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Maintain proper records of interactions and follow call‑center scripts and standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, follow up on pending requests and ensure confidentiality.
• Meet KPIs such as call handling time, response time, customer satisfaction and attendance.

Required profile

• Minimum +2 education; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Freshers welcome; previous call‑center experience is a plus.
• Good communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, typing ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Problem‑solving skills and willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts.
