Chief Growth & Strategy Officer

About the role

The Chief Growth & Strategy Officer will develop and execute the company’s growth strategy, identify new business opportunities, drive revenue and market expansion, and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. This senior role reports to the CEO/Managing Director and works closely with the senior leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement short‑term and long‑term corporate growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, revenue streams, products, services and market segments.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Establish and monitor business growth KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics, presenting reports to the CEO/MD and Board.
• Lead strategic partnerships, high‑value negotiations and cross‑functional initiatives to drive market expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Management is a plus.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, corporate planning, growth, consulting, sales or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing business growth strategies and managing P&L.
