About the role

Healthy Home is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to standardise and elevate day‑to‑day operations across its four wellness outlets in Nepal. This builder‑focused role is centred on delivering consistent client experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at all locations, including client flow, staff standards, hygiene, and facility quality.
• Develop, implement and enforce SOPs that are actively followed.
• Oversee staff scheduling, team management and cultivate a culture of respect, discipline and accountability.
• Ensure service delivery quality through complaint resolution, on‑time sessions and consistent results.
• Support new outlet and franchise openings to meet the same high standards from day one.

Required profile

• Proven experience running operations for a multi‑location business in retail, healthcare, hospitality or wellness.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability with a track record of creating sustainable SOPs.
• Attention to detail in client‑facing processes such as front‑desk greetings and facility upkeep.
• Desire to build and scale operations rather than merely maintain them.
