Client Management – Direct Contract (6-month)

About the role

The role is a six‑month direct contract position responsible for the effective operation of Key Control Self‑Assessment (KCSA) and Control Standard Test (CST) processes, as well as credit fulfilment activities such as security documentation discharge and collateral monitoring. The incumbent will also prepare ASTAR reports, manage excess and past‑due monitoring, and support audit and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute credit fulfilment tasks, including discharge of security documents, monitoring collateral values and tracking dated credit and security documents.
• Ensure KCSA and CST processes are performed according to guidelines, deadlines, and thresholds; lodge CST exceptions in the EORP system.
• Prepare ASTAR (Account Subject to Additional Review) reports and the Credit Issues Committee (CIC) pack, handling invitations and minutes.
• Conduct daily excess and past‑due monitoring, generate related reports, and provide data for audit and regulatory requests.
• Facilitate a “zero operational loss” culture by acting as a subject‑matter expert and leading monthly rework forums.
• Maintain strong relationships with Business Units, Finance, Risk, Technology and Operations, and support ad‑hoc duties delegated by line management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in client‑management or credit fulfilment environments.
• Familiarity with KCSA and CST frameworks and the ability to adhere to strict timelines.
• Experience preparing regulatory and audit reports such as ASTAR and CIC documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring collateral, excess, and past‑due items.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external auditors.
