Client Relations Specialist

About the role

The Client Relations Specialist will be the primary point of contact for Mobility Freight’s customers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the logistics process. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu focuses on delivering high levels of client satisfaction and supporting continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day interactions with clients and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Oversee client onboarding and maintain accurate records of client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Monitor service quality, gather client feedback, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Support multiple client accounts while ensuring consistent service excellence.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated experience in client relations or customer support.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage several accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
