Client Relations Specialist

About the role

The Client Relations Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu, acting as the primary point of contact for our indoor and outdoor signage clients. The role focuses on building and maintaining long‑term relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear information and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage ongoing signage projects, coordinating schedules, specifications, and deliverables between clients and internal design and production teams.
• Track client feedback, resolve any issues quickly, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction.
• Prepare basic proposals or quotations, document all client interactions, and support follow‑up activities to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑focused mindset to build trust and long‑term relationships.
• Relevant experience in client‑facing roles, preferably within the signage, printing, design, or related industries.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to gather feedback and contribute to service improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage client information and interactions.
