Client Relationship Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and result‑oriented Client Relationship Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, promoting services, and supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in hotels, restaurants, resorts and related businesses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand needs and promote company services.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and direct outreach.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate meetings and convert leads into business.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
• Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery and client support.
• Maintain client databases, visit reports, sales pipelines and follow‑up records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in client relations, business development, sales or CRM.
• Experience with hotels, restaurants or resorts is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle for client visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with client reporting tools.
