About the role
A digital marketing agency is seeking a Client Services Executive to manage client relationships, understand business needs, and translate briefs into effective campaign direction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key client relationships and accounts
- Turn client briefs into actionable plans
- Support campaign strategy and execution
- Coordinate with creative, media, strategy, and production teams
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews
- Monitor campaign performance and client expectations
- Identify upselling and business growth opportunities
Required profile
- 1 to 2 years of client servicing or account management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and campaigns
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred
