Client Services Executive – Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Executive to act as the primary liaison between our clients and the internal teams at Hypeyeti Marketing. You will support client communication, coordinate feedback, and assist in delivering marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with clients, gathering requirements and providing updates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist to pitch new ideas and campaigns.
• Support the Social Media Manager in preparing monthly performance reports.
• Assist the Operations Manager in drafting agreements, purchase orders, quotations, and proposals.
• Document client feedback and ensure timely follow‑up with relevant departments.

Required profile

• Previous internship or experience in client communication within a marketing agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Familiarity with website development terminology such as web hosting, domain names, and content management systems.
