Client Success Officer

About the role

The Client Success Officer will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction. This role involves managing communications, coordinating project execution, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with clients.
• Schedule client meetings and follow up on approvals, quotations, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Assign, monitor, and track project tasks through the project management system.
• Prepare proposals, meeting minutes (MOM), and project documentation.
• Maintain project calendars and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support social media posting coordination and campaign execution.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency as client support.
