About the role

The Client Success & Social Media Specialist is a full‑time hybrid position based in Butwal, responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving the company’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, support onboarding and ongoing success with digital and software solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, gather feedback, and proactively communicate updates across multiple channels.
• Plan, create, and publish content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media engagement and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with brand and product goals.
• Track key performance metrics, prepare reports on client success and social media activities, and contribute ideas to improve customer experience and online presence.
