Commission-Based Sales Closer – Software & Digital Solutions

About the role

We are expanding our sales operation and seeking experienced Sales Closers to identify opportunities, manage client conversations, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients. The role covers the full commercial sales process from prospecting to closing, while technical delivery remains the responsibility of NLOGN’s internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify businesses that could benefit from NLOGN’s services and reach decision‑makers through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, or other channels.
• Qualify prospects based on need, authority, timing, budget, and fit.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand the client’s business problem before presenting a solution.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up, coordinate technical discovery when required, and present proposals.
• Handle objections, negotiate within approved commercial boundaries, and move opportunities toward a decision.
• Close deals, keep the CRM pipeline accurate, and hand successful clients over to the technical and delivery team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in software, SaaS, IT services, digital agency, or technology consulting sales.
• Comfortable speaking directly with founders and decision‑makers and running discovery conversations.
• Proven ability to follow up without constant supervision and handle objections professionally.
• Experience discussing budgets, negotiating, and closing B2B deals.
• Self‑managed pipeline and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
