Content & Brand Coordinator

About the role

GhumGham is looking for a creative and proactive individual to manage content creation and brand representation across its travel platform. The role blends storytelling, photography, videography, and on‑site brand advocacy to showcase Nepal’s destinations and hospitality partners.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit website copy, blogs, travel articles, and social media captions while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Visit hotels and travel locations to capture photos and short‑form videos, then edit them using mobile tools such as CapCut.
• Produce and publish Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that highlight destinations, properties, and experiences.
• Represent GhumGham in person during partner meetings, events, and on‑location shoots, building positive relationships with hospitality stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in content creation, social media, tourism or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken English and Nepali communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and traveling for field work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut or similar mobile video‑editing tools.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube platforms and current social‑media trends.
• Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing abilities.
