Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and confident Content Creator to produce engaging short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The role combines on‑camera presenting, interview conducting, and end‑to‑end video production while translating business information into simple, relatable content that matches our brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop original hooks, scripts and storylines independently.
• Appear on camera as host/presenter for brand, product and B2B content.
• Conduct interviews with entrepreneurs, business owners and company representatives.
• Travel to branches, stores, offices and events for on‑location shoots.
• Shoot and edit videos using CapCut or similar tools, adding cuts, transitions, subtitles, sound and pacing.
• Transform business and technical information into simple, engaging narratives.
• Monitor social‑media trends and propose new content formats and creative ideas.
• Ensure all output aligns with the company’s brand voice and communication standards.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Proven track record creating Reels, TikToks and other short‑form promotional videos.
• Fluent in Nepali and English with clear, confident on‑camera communication.
• Strong scriptwriting ability, including hooks, dialogue and storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing on camera in both scripted and unscripted interview settings.
• Willing and able to travel for outdoor and on‑location assignments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut or comparable video‑editing software.
