Content Creator (Social Media Manager)

About the role

Doorsteps Nepal is seeking a creative and camera‑friendly Content Creator to become a face of its growing home & office services platform. You will produce engaging short‑form videos and manage the brand’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and shoot Reels, TikToks, service demos and brand videos.
• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.
• Develop and execute weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Appear on camera for interviews and customer stories.
• Identify trending topics, formats and sounds and turn them into content.
• Engage with the online community through comments, DMs and interactions.
• Represent Doorsteps Nepal at events, campaigns and shoots.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Experience in content creation, video production or social media management.
• Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
• Strong communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of trends and storytelling.
• Energetic, punctual, self‑motivated and willing to learn.
• Freshers with strong creativity and relevant skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
