Content Creator – Social Media & Podcast Specialist

About the role

Flint Group is looking for a creative and organized Content Creator to drive the production and distribution of engaging videos, reels, podcasts and posts across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Spotify. You will ensure each piece of content is optimized for reach and resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content on multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Spotify Podcasts.
• Write compelling titles, captions, descriptions and hashtags for each asset.
• Upload podcasts, long‑form videos, Reels, Shorts and Stories.
• Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Manage comments, messages and nurture a positive online community.
• Track performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to keep the content pipeline flowing.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience creating and managing content for social media and podcast platforms.
• Strong eye for trends, especially emerging audio and visual formats.
• Ability to work independently while meeting tight publishing schedules.
