Creative Associate – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Gham Power is seeking a Creative Associate to join its Marketing team in Kathmandu. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy writing, creating content, and exploring new ideas across various marketing channels. You will support the company’s brand and communication efforts, including its digital agriculture initiative, Super Krishak.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging content for blogs, project stories, website pages, newsletters, and social media.
• Develop project summaries, case studies, press releases, and grant proposals.
• Research industry trends and assist in creating weekly and monthly social media calendars.
• Design and produce social media posts, reels, videos, and stories, coordinating with designers and videographers.
• Update website content, maintain marketing assets, and ensure brand consistency.
• Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (students encouraged to apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic graphic design knowledge.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
