Creative Content Associate – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Content Associate to become the digital voice of our premium handmade rug brand. You will craft engaging stories that showcase our products, people, and inclusive culture, helping us reach customers who value design and social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Create authentic content – posts, reels, blog articles, and behind‑the‑scenes stories – that highlight our carpets and the artisans behind them.
• Plan and execute high‑conversion campaigns to attract customers and partners aligned with our values.
• Design promotional graphics, video reels, and written copy.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
• Act as an ambassador for our inclusive workplace and craftsmanship ethos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; curiosity matters more than major.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media or marketing (internships count).
• Strong storytelling ability, solid writing skills, and a creative spark.
• Independent worker who asks good questions and collaborates with care.
