Creative Designer – Digital & Motion Graphics

About the role

Hybrid, an award‑winning global marketing agency specialising in higher education, is looking for a Designer to join its Creative team in Kathmandu. You will work on full‑campaign concepts, UI design, social media content and digital projects, with a strong focus on motion graphics and animation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development and presentation of creative concepts for client campaigns.
• Design assets across all digital media formats, including UI, social ads and video.
• Apply strategic thinking to ensure creative output aligns with business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Generate bold, innovative ideas that push the status‑quo.

Required profile

• A creative problem‑solver passionate about producing strategically led, visually compelling work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, with strong design abilities.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animation and video for social platforms such as TikTok.
• Excellent copywriting and confident presentation skills.
• Proven ability to produce assets for digital roll‑outs and work collaboratively across teams.
• Agency experience is preferred.
