Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Creative Designer to craft visual content for digital campaigns, social media, corporate communications, events and marketing platforms. The role blends graphic design, videography, video editing and photography, taking projects from concept through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, brochures, presentations, banners and other marketing collateral.
• Produce motion graphics, reels and video content, including planning, shooting, lighting, audio capture, editing, colour grading and adding subtitles.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all outputs and adapt designs for various digital and physical formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) and coordinate with external agencies, printers and vendors.
• Manage creative files, templates and digital assets, incorporating feedback and meeting delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in creative design, videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery and travel for shoots or events as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, editing, colour grading and subtitle creation.
• Basic motion‑graphics creation and knowledge of visual storytelling principles.
