Creative Lead – Social Media

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Creative Lead – Social Media to shape and execute engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You will translate marketing objectives into original concepts while guiding a multidisciplinary creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content strategies for social media campaigns.
• Plan and supervise production of reels, videos, graphic designs, carousels, stories, and other digital assets.
• Create monthly content calendars in collaboration with social, marketing, and client‑servicing teams.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, write scripts, storyboards, captions, and production briefs.
• Guide designers, video editors, photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
• Review creative work, provide constructive feedback, and approve content before publication.
• Stay updated on platform trends, viral formats, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and campaign productions.
• Analyse performance data with the social media team to optimise future creatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing or creative direction.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and deep understanding of platform‑specific formats.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and team‑management skills.
