Creative Specialist

About the role

The Creative Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Mid‑Baneshwor, Kathmandu. You will develop and execute creative concepts that support Tukaatu’s brand and digital‑commerce offerings across web, social, and marketing channels, working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for brand and digital‑commerce initiatives.
• Create written and visual content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Shape brand narratives and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver aligned campaigns.
• Refine messaging and produce promotional materials.
• Research industry trends and generate new ideas for customer engagement.
• Optimize creative assets based on performance insights.

Required profile

• Strong creativity skills with the ability to generate original concepts and storytelling approaches.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for clear, engaging content.
• Experience in creative strategy and aligning work with business goals.
• Knowledge of branding principles and maintaining consistent brand identities.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms, especially in e‑commerce or tech environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
