About the role

We are seeking a Creative & Tech Operations Assistant to support our growing team. The role blends visual design, digital content creation, and basic technical tasks, offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple digital disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Edit, format, and optimise corporate documents to maintain high visual standards.
• Assist with basic web development and website maintenance tasks.
• Explore and propose AI automation tools and other emerging technologies to improve operational workflows.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Digital Communication, Multimedia or related fields.
• Practical experience (junior or freelance) in social media management, ad design, and document editing.
• Basic understanding of web development or programming logic.
• High adaptability to new technologies and a growth‑mindset.
